Rule 24
To be according to prevailing law
Despite anything written elsewhere in this rule, if there is a separate provision in the prevailing law regarding the travel expenses of a specific official who will receive travel expenses according to this regulation, such an official will receive travel expenses according to the same. However, if the travel expenses received in this way are less than the travel expenses received according to this regulation, such official can claim the travel expenses according to this regulation.
